The published vacancy is for a qualified architect to work on educational and residential projects. The practice describes the person as a key member of the team: proactive, energetic and friendly.

- Management of projects through to completion
- Ability to lead a team
- Working knowledge of a range of building contracts
- UK planning and building control regulations
- Excellent verbal, written and AutoCAD/Revit skills
- Experience of all RIBA stages
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A high standard of architectural design
- A full driving licence and access to a car is preferable
The role covers client liaison, checking and co-ordination of drawings from other consultants, site coordination and contract administration.
